Job Description
- Participate and coordinate in the preparation of field follow-up plans for local charitable projects and activities in coordination with licensed charitable institutions and associations, according to the direct supervisor's instructions.
- Assist in monitoring funds collected from charitable events and ensure the licensed entities' adherence to the required technical procedures through field visits, and submit the necessary reports to the direct supervisor.
- Assist in the field work to control funds collected in events that violate the laws and regulations governing fundraising, according to the direct supervisor's instructions.
- Coordinate with various media outlets to ensure the organizers of charitable events comply with the applicable regulations and laws, and prepare the necessary reports as directed.
- Assist in the field supervision of charitable projects within the country and ensure the application of regulations and laws by participating in inspection campaigns, and participate in the preparation and submission of reports to the direct supervisor.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling unauthorized donation collection boxes and coordinate with relevant authorities to seize illegal funds, according to the direct supervisor's instructions.
- Participate and coordinate in the preparation of periodic reports on charitable activities and events and submit them to the direct supervisor.
- Provide technical coordination with charitable institutions and associations in the implementation of charitable projects and activities in accordance with regulations and laws, and prepare the necessary observations and submit them to the direct supervisor.
- Coordinate and participate in organizing charitable events and activities related to the department's objectives and in coordination with the concerned parties, as directed.
- Comply with the security policies and procedures in place in the department, demonstrate commitment to attending security awareness workshops, and report security incidents if encountered.
